天満橋の普通オフィス、推しはチョーボーですよ！

天満橋は、難波橋、天神橋と共に「浪華三大橋」と呼ばれる大阪を代表する橋です。大阪に現存するほとんどの橋が、町人たちが負担して造った民間の橋ですが、天満橋は幕府直轄で管理されていた公儀橋で、由緒ある橋なのです。

天満橋が架かる大川では、天神祭の船渡御や花火が見られたり、水上バスや遊覧船の発着所があるなど、水の都・大阪を充分に感じられるスポットです。

今回は、そんな天満橋のすぐそばにある、内装はキングオブ普通だけど、眺望はバツグンの事務所をご紹介します。

エントランスは土佐堀通沿い。心配になるくらい細いですが、リバー側は太いのでご安心を。

築年数は半世紀越えの築古ビルですが、共用部分はキレイに管理されています。普通のエレベーターに乗って3階へ。

突き当たりの扉が今回の物件です。給湯室やトイレも共用部分にしっかり完備。見てわかるように、トイレは男女が各階で分かれているので、セキュリティーの面も安心。それにしても全体的に普通ですね。中はどんな感じでしょうか。

現れたのは、ザ・普通の事務所向け区画。床やクロスもいたって普通の素材と色味で、良く言えば“王道のオフィス”と言った感じ。よっぽどセンス系デザイン事務所を標榜しない限りは、どんな業種でも使い勝手が良さそうです。

ちなみに広さは6.5坪。2人か3人でゆったり使うのも良し。4人くらいまでならストレスなく使える広さでしょうか。可能であれば革のソファを置いて応接スペースも作りたいですね。虎の剥製じゅうたんを敷いて、日本刀と壺を飾り、「仁義」と書かれた額を掲げれば、立派な組っぽいオフィスも叶います。

水の都ビューでいい仕事を

北側の窓から見えるのは、先述の大川。木々と青空と川、構図のバランスもよく、仕事中の息抜きになること間違いなしのビューです。
左側に見える建物は「川の駅はちけんや」。水上バス、観光船、屋形船などが発着できる施設で、レストランやイベントスペースなども併設されています。ちなみに「八軒家」という地名は、この場所に8軒の船宿や旅籠があったことに由来しています。そのまんま。マジ水の都。
