【速報】天井高8mの衝撃。大仏様も入りそうな倉庫跡地は、南森町にて。

ネットショッピングーー。スマホやPCから、いつでもどこでも自分の選んだものが買うことができる、人類の英知だ。

柔軟剤に低反発まくら、限定のスニーカーに折りたたみ自転車、さらには漫才のネタや月の土地の権利書まで、もはや買えないものは存在しない時代になってきた。

真夜中、酔った勢いでベッドの上で思わずポチッてしまった、、なんて失敗談もよく聞く話だが、もし間違えて、超巨大な大仏を買ってしまったらどうするだろう？「天罰が下るのでは」と、捨てるに捨てられないのではないか。

東大寺顔負けの倉庫

うっかり大仏を買ってしまった方の悩みに寄り添うのも、我々渋井不動産の仕事。というわけで、南森町にやってきた。

駅から徒歩1分の天神橋筋沿い。関テレ、パナソニック、大塩平八郎が眠る寺と、北から順に下るとその物件は姿を現す。

電動シャッターの開閉スピードは非常に緩やかで、弊社の専務執行役員である植田店長曰く、体感5分くらいかかるそうだ（盛り気味）。
ゆっくり厳かにご開帳された牛歩シャッターの向こうに、果たして大仏様を納めさせていただけるような空間はあるのだろうか。

え、マジでいけそう、、！

最も高い部分の天井高は、なんと約7.8m。台座に腰掛けられた大仏様が、慈しみ溢れる笑顔で我々を暖かく見守るお姿が、容易に想像出来る。まるで、奈良の東大寺大仏殿を彷彿とさせる空間だ。

※東大寺の大仏の高さは約15mです。

残されている設備を見て、「ぶら下がれる？大仏様のお掃除も出来ちゃう？」や、「ぶら下がれる？小さめのネスタリゾート？」などの感想が浮かぶが、こちらは某運送会社の倉庫であったことの名残に他ならない。

2階に来てみた。良く言えば、昭和で時が止まったかのような雰囲気。ブラウン管のテレビをわざわざ置きたくなる。良く言えば。

窓からは1階部分が見下ろせて、吹き抜け構造になっていることがよく分かる。もし大仏様を鎮座させられるならば、そのご尊顔を毎日特等席で拝むことができる。

●3階区画

おまけに、普通に住める超絶広い107㎡・4LDKも募集中。1・2階の区画とは別だが、大仏様がいる（かもしれない）空間に、住める（かもしれない）というのはアツい。

香りのするトイレットペーパーの柄っぽいカーテン（外してください）が特徴的な洋室。

3階のバルコニー

募集は、1〜2階、3階の2区画。それぞれ事務所・店舗利用可能だが、業種については一度ご相談いただきたい。トラブルの関係上、重飲食・作業音の大きい業種は完全NGだ。
