マンションは総戸数89戸のRC造7階建て。もうすっかり日暮れが早くなってきましたね、と季節の変わり目を訴えかける外観写真からは、閑静な住宅街である雰囲気が伺えます。

ここで白状しておくと、お部屋はエレベーター非停止階の2階。階段2階を上るか、3階までエレベーターに乗って下りてくるかの2択ですが、先週の物件が”エレベーター下りて階段3階を上る”だったので、ワンフロアくらいなら膝にも優しいよ、と言ってしまいそうな難易度ではあります。

先週の物件
緑地公園の名物マンション、最上階134㎡ルーバル×4。情報過多すぎる4SLDKに絶望した日。

廊下には2つの洋室。写真は4.6帖洋室で、子ども部屋や収納部屋に最適なサイズ感。気持ち程度の収納スペースを添えて。

お隣は6.8帖洋室。緑色って本当に目に優しいですか？と問いたくなるアクセントクロスが目印です。ここはややワイドなオープンハンガーが確保されています。

なお、北向きの両洋室はエアコンが設置できませんので、ウィンドウクーラーで夏を乗り越える想定を。

潤沢な収納力

ちなみに、収納はこちらのファミリークローゼットが一手に引き受けます。ハンガーやラックに加え、とりあえずブチ込んでおける左手前のようなフリースペースがあるのは嬉しい限りですね。

ですが玄関の写真を見返していただくと、ここは三角形の間口にあたるスペース。すなわち、ドアが無いオープン収納なのです。ブチ込みスタイルでいくならば、カーテンやブラインドの設置は必須でしょう。

オープン収納に落胆したあなたには、6.2帖洋室に設けられたウォークインクローゼットの存在も明かしておきます。うっかり来客の目に触れることの無い、どんどんブチ込んでおけるタイプの収納です。

こうなると最初の洋室たちに添えられていたオープンハンガーも、スーパーサブのような輝きを放ってきますね。

では、メインの15.4帖LDKへ。日当たりこそ未知数なものの、南向きの窓という点を考慮すると、昼間はある程度の日当たりが見込めそう。

そしてダメ押しで追記しておくと、当マンションはペット飼育も可能です。

賃貸物件がどんどん上がってきている今、改めて「買う」選択肢を考える方が増えています。あれこれと理想条件は尽きないものの、やはり”価格”という点は、理想だけでは突破できない部分。
