漫才師ではなくとも、誰しもが憧れる存在といえばタワーマンション。より高みを目指すというのは人間本来のDNAに宿る本能なのでしょうか。そんなタワマンに住めるチャンスが到来しました。

場所は北浜。土佐堀川と大川にまたがる天神橋が目の前で、大阪の街を知るほとんどの方が「ええとこ」と太鼓判を押すエリアです。

前回、ブログを掲載する直前に爆速で決まってしまったため、今回は退去前に爆速で執筆させていただきました。

M-1のキャッチコピーになぞらえてお伝えすると、タワマンに住んで、「人生、変えてくれ。」

豪華極まりない共用設備

2014年築、三井不動産が手がけた地上41階建の高級タワーマンション。「これぞタワマン」といったエントランスを抜けて、居住者なら誰もが利用できる、豪華な共用設備をまずは見ていきましょう。

郵便物の取次や、クリーニングの代行、タクシーの手配などを承るコンシェルジュサービスを完備。生活を充実させてくれるお手伝いさんのような存在で、心強いですね。

こちらはゲストルーム。要予約ではありますが、入居者の知人や友人であればいつでもお泊まり可能です。客人用の布団を買って、リビングに敷いて雑魚寝してもらう、、なんてパンピーの発想から抜け出せるのもタワマンならでは。

公民館っぽいこちらの空間はミーティングルーム。どんな目的で使われているのかはわかりませんが、意味もなく集まって、意味もなく議論したくなる空間ではあります。

とどめはビューラウンジ。その名の通り「眺めを楽しむ場所」です。友人に自慢したら、羨ましがられすぎて逆に気まずくなりそうですが、自分一人の気分転換にも、住人同士の交流の場としても最適な空間です。

18階／67㎡の2LDK

では物件へ。所在階は18階と、若干「低っ」と感じてしまう高さですが、それはタワマン特有の感覚の麻痺です。一般的には15階以上のマンションが「タワマン」と定義されるそうなので、18階というと十分に一般的なマンションのソレを上回っています。どうぞ、高層マンションの実力を味わってください。

圧迫感のない広々とした玄関。シューズボックスも大容量で、ファミリーで暮らす安心感を得られます。

水回りは、無論ハイスペックなので割愛。バスルームは、浴室乾燥機能にミストサウナまでついています。

壁紙のデザインと間接照明によって、ホテルライクに仕上がっている6帖洋室。雰囲気的にベッドルームで確定だろうな、、と言うことで置いてみました。

ベッドを設置するだけではなく、イメージしやすくするため夜にしてみました。サイドテーブルに受話器を置いたらもうホテル。毎晩リゾート気分を味わえそうな、落ち着きながらもテンションが上がる寝室です。

こちらは5帖洋室。一切のクセが排除された、子供部屋にも仕事部屋にもぴったりの一室です。

LDKは16帖。インテリアデザイナー監修のリフォームが施され、配色やデザインが控えめな、好き嫌いの出ない上品な仕上がりとなっています。ちなみに床暖房付き、ダウンライトはお好みの明るさにできる調光機能付きです。
愛犬を走らせたくもなりますが、すみません、ペット飼育はNGです。

家具を置くとこんな感じ。あくまでステージング用なので、手に入ることは叶いませんが、ダイニングテーブルやテレビ台の位置など、生活のイメージがしやすくなりましたね。

設備強めのキッチンも推しポイント。グリル付きIH3口コンロにビルトイン食洗機、収納力も文句なしです。
さらにシンクには、生ゴミを液体に変えそのまま下水道に流してくれるディスポーザー付き。我々庶民からすると魔法のような機能ですね。

先述の6帖ベッドルームから出られる北向きのバルコニー。日当たりが常にバツグンということではないですが、この物件に限っては北向きはプラスに働きます。

というのも、中之島公園と土佐堀川のパークビュー&リバービューが叶うのです。北向きだからこそ手に入る、大阪のキタ側のパノラマをお楽しみください。

また、昼だけではなく夜景が格別そのもの。阪神高速を走る車のヘッドライトを眺めて、「ああ、俺は都会のタワマンに住んでいるんだな」と感慨深くなることでしょう。
そしてこの位置からは、大阪の夏の風物詩である天神祭の花火も鑑賞可能です。特等席で優雅なひとときを楽しんでください。

アクセスは京阪本線、大阪メトロ堺筋線『北浜駅』徒歩4分。

諸費用は、敷金1ヶ月分・礼金2ヶ月分の賃料管理費込み月額34万円です。
